Sharing with you images from Bec and Ed’s wedding at Pullenvale Hall. They chose Pullenvale Hall for it’s relaxed vibe, beautiful outlook, the ability to bring in food trucks/ street food catering and the proximity to their home. Ed got ready at their own home, while Bec got ready at her parent’s house which was also nearby. This made the getting ready locations and family portraits pre-ceremony even more meaningful.

Bec and Ed made their own wedding arbor and had their ceremony on one side of Pullenvale Hall and had a Tipi set up on the other side of the hall for their reception. Their two boys played important roles in their wedding with the eldest being Ed’s best man and in my opinion, delivered the best speech that night.

There was so much to love about this relaxed and intimate wedding: the live music, the festive atmosphere with festoon lights strung under the stars, plentiful and delicious food through the night, lots of dancing in the Tipi, funny and heart felt speeches, homemade desserts and the fact that the couple were able to mingle and spend time with everyone.

But on a side note, this wedding was really special to me. Bec and I had worked together for nearly a decade (as dietitians). She is one of the sweetest, incredibly intelligent, big hearted and gorgeous person I had the pleasure to not only call as a colleague, but a friend. To witness (and capture) her so happy and marrying this incredible man who loves her so much was a wish for a friend come true.
